How to install a bidet

Firstly, we always recommend you use certified and registered plumbers for bidet installation.
Contact The Institute of Plumbing SA and SA Women in Plumbing to find registered plumbers in your area.

Clear the space and check plumbing connections.

 

Install the frame (for wall-hung bidets), securing it at the correct height.

 

Attach the bidet bowl to the frame or floor, making sure it's stable.

Connect the drain pipe securely to the bidet bowl.

 

Attach the water supply by connecting the shut-off valve and water supply hose.

Check for leaks by turning on the water slowly and testing the flush functionality.

 

Install the bidet seat and any attachments; connect to power if electronic.

 

Inspect and adjust all components for stability and function.
